How to claim your money back:

1. To be eligible to claim a refund, you must have purchased AomiCare Laser Hair Removal Handset from www.AomiCare.com between 9.00am AEST 1  September 2018 and 11.59pm AEST on 31 December 2024.
2. Trial our Handset for at least 30 Days from date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.
3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our Handset, email a customer care representative at  service@aomicare.com sharing your review and money-back request.
4. Once approved, return the our Handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
5. On the day your order is delivered, email service@aomicare.com a blank email with the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee".
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
7. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
8. Once the handset has been returned to our warehouse we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order).
